Sand Hollow Resort broke ground on two new buildings on October 1, 2017. The new buildings, the sixth and seventh Villa buildings on the property, will boast 72 new Casita Suites, bringing the total number of rental units to 122.

Overlooking the Championship Course’s front nine, the Casita suites will offer expansive views extending from Pine Mountain to Zion National Park and across the Sand Mountain Dunes in Southern Utah. “They are designed for a long-term stay, a quick overnight retreat, or a place to land after a long day in the sun,” stated Jake Bracken, Chief Executive Officer. The Casita Suites feature a master bedroom with bathroom, a kitchenette, seating area, and a private outdoor balcony with views of the golf course or pool complex.

“The vacation villa project currently includes four buildings with a combined value of more than $20 million (USD). The addition of two new building increases the villa development value to nearly $30 million (USD) and marks an important milestone for the Resort,” stated Robert Roche, President of Roche Enterprises and co-owner of the Resort.
